• Bronze Ram Skull Bronze Ram Skull
This skull is from a young Jacob sheep ram. It's coated in multiple layers of thin bronze and given a black patina that was burnished back to highlight the detail in the skull.  The rear side has some damage (see photo), but none that you would ever see while it was on display.
  • Bronze Spotted Skunk Skull Bronze Spotted Skunk Skull
Real spotted skunk skull (Spilogale gracilis) coated in bronze metal and finished with a black patina that gives it an "antique" quality. The patina is burnished with fine steel wool to highlight and polish the metal underneath. Multiple thin coats allow for an amazing amount of detail to be preserved in this real metal finish.
  • An ornament version of a red-eared slider turtle skull (Trachemys scripta elegans) coated in bronze metal and finished with a blue-green patina. The patina is burnished with fine steel wool to highlight and polish the metal underneath. Multiple thin coats of metal allow for an amazing amount of detail to be preserved in this real metal finish. Red-eared sliders are invasive in certain parts of the US, and these skulls come from ones that were removed from natural areas. Does not include lower jaw.
